UTILITY ACOUSTIC & THERMAL is an insulation product designed for heat protection and sound attenuation in industrial applications. Its low-density structure provides optimal acoustic insulation properties for demanding environments, including gas turbines (GT), AI data centers, defense industry such as jet engines and EV batteries.
UTILITY ACOUSTIC & THERMAL can be supplied in E-glass (softening point: 800°C) or ECR-glass (softening point: 900°C). Ucomposites provides a variety of raw materials with custom fiber lengths and small- or standard-micron filament sizes, with fiber opening options ranging from fine opening to ultra-low-density opening.
