For Exhaust Technology
As muffler exhaust insulation, it increases the acoustic performance up to 100% better compared to perforated bags or blown-in rovings. Due to the low-density material, the product has a superior sound absorption across all frequencies and will secure a complete muffler fill out. This means less Utility Thermal & Acoustics is required, measured by weight, to reach the same acoustic performance as products from other suppliers. With a durability of less than 1% loss of ignition, the fibers are resistant to blow-out and a long life acoustic performance is secured.
